Moving this here for now; I don't think this is a correct use of the trope.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: Averted.
White Card: Christopher Walken.White Card: Keanu Reeves.White Card: William Shatner.White Card: Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.White Card: Aaron Burr.White Card: Will Smith.White Card: Heath Ledger.White Card: Billy Mays.White Card: Michael Jackson.White Card: Osama Bin Laden.White Card: Kim-Jong Il.
- Some get a bit more...creative.
White Card: Feeding Rosie O'Donnell.White Card: Rush Limbaugh's soft, shitty body.White Card: A greased-up Matthew Mc Conaughey.White Card: Emma Watson dressed as crab dancing to K-POP.

No Celebrities Were Harmed is "Sometimes a character's entire shtick will be that he or she is a thinly disguised imitation of some celebrity somewhere." A mere citation of their names doesn't sound like the trope.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman

Good, that's how I was interpreting it too. This will stay gone, then.
Being Canadian, I can't check the bit about the abortion without signing into a VPN, but wouldn't being pro-choice mean you support abortion and the snarky comments should be directed towards those that are pro-life?
