I've deleted Anyone Can Die, and here's why: none of the characters mentioned really solidified that nobody is safe. Vlad didn't really die, Will and Boris were both pretty minor characters that were only really important in one or two episodes, and Bertrand is an important character but not really an essential part of the program. I haven't seen enough of Ryan yet to say whether he would qualify, but just that fact makes his inclusion suspect. If one of the Draculas, Robin, or Erin got killed off then it would qualify, but so far there has been some level of Plot Armor.
Can't find the right trope, but it occurs to me that yet again this is a case of the Britsh spoofing and extracting the urine from what the Americans do straight - ie, Red Dwarf incorporated a piss-take of Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica. Here, it's things like Twiligt and Buffy that are getting the urine-extraction.
And has it occured to anyone else that the Count is the spitting image of the young Ozzie Osbourne? Look at the cover of the first Black Sabbath LP, which is full of songs about the satanic and the eldrich. Magda has a hint of Sharon Osbourne about her. Ingrid as a more effectual spoilt whiny brat - Kelly Osbourne with fangs. Vlad has something of Jack Osbourne's late-found purpose and sense of seriousness. This is "the Osbournes" with less swearing and more teeth.
Anyone Can Die was readded as a Zero Context Example with the added qualifier of "during the fourth season". I haven't seen enough of it to say, so can I get an opinion from someone who has?
