Is there any evidence that say this is it's own continuity?

Googling "Titansverse" gives me this TV Tropes page and the sections connected to it. But nothing about this being official. More like wishful thinking than anything else.
Exactly. But that doesn't mean they themselves are their own universe.
Even going as far to name it the "Titanverse" without any confirmation if it's in its own universe or set in the DCEU or Arrowverse. Neither possibility have been ruled out.
I think two shows that a.) haven't aired yet and b.) happen to be connected is enough for it's own page yet.
It is confirmed not to be set in either universe, though. Also, Arrowverse and DC Extended Universe aren't official either, but we have no other name for them.

Source please?

And if it were part of the DCEU they would've announced it as such right away. This was known for ages.
Okay, so it's not Arrowverse. But just going off of your assumption, which you've had "for ages", isn't evidence that it's in its own continuity or can't be a part of the DCEU.
Thus, making this page premature and unnecessary.
I'm not trying to sound rude, but at least wait until we have more information before creating a page like this.
It's not premature. If this was connected to the DCEU they would've said it from the start. They've made it very clear as could be that it's set in its own continuity.
Also, if anything, it'd be total speculation to say that it is part of the DCEU when they in no way, shape or form said or implied that it is and if it were they would've made it clear right off the bat.
Oookay, are we inventing terms again like Arrowverse? Fine but let's see if this sticks.
Hide / Show RepliesOnly because they haven't named it themselves. DC Extended Universe isn't official either, it's just what people call it. It seems DC doesn't really name their non-comic universes.
The final episode of Crisis on Infinite Earths seems to have confirmed that Titans and Doom Patrol are not in the same universe.
