That's probably closer to Author's Saving Throw. It doesn't change the fact that everyone just assumed that the cow would be able to produce milk despite in theory being on her own for three years.

The premise of the series had such great potential for being comedic while also exploring existentialist and philosophical themes (does the dissolution of society result in the dissolution of societal values?). I just find it so disappointing that four episodes in they have descended into a love triangle in which a white, heterosexual man who lives hedonistically to embrace his masculinity is must choose between two white, heterosexual, feminine women to have sex with.

This recent episode was very weak, lacking the fun of previous episodes. I don't think the race really fits into it, its just a weak episode all together.

It would be interesting though, if this show inverts Growing the Beard here, losing its charm when Phil shaves.

Two other women are characters now, one of whom is black. He is also competing with two other men, neither white, who are beating him. I don't think this show was ever going to be "deep." His shallowness is part of the joke and pretty much constantly bites him in the ass.

"Pilbasian" is an odd last name. Google only has references to the series when you search for it. I was wondering if it was an anagram, but the only thing I could come up with was "labia pins". I did a check and there is such a thing, evidently tied to feminism. This isn't proof of the writer's intention, but it seems a bit more than coincidence.

It sounds Armenian. Perhaps a made-up name that is supposed to be Armenian?

I'll bet my left arm that if astronaut "Miller" gets to Tucson, we'll be adding It's a Small World, After All. He'll have to land in North America and get there, but if he manages to land near Tuscon...
