Cut myself off somehow: Before this edit war goes too much further, the MCU wiki seems to have gone through the episodes, done the math based on how old they were in flashbacks and how long it's established as being between those flashbacks and the present, and arrived at the ages for Danny, Jessica, and Luke. Grain of salt and all that, but it says they're 26, 31-32, and 37, respectively, despite their actors being older. Matt's age isn't given.
