What do you think of Shameless's attempt at Hollywood Genetics? I think overall it's pretty good. The Gallagher siblings are a bunch of patchwork kids, but they can all conceivably pass for children of Frank and Monica without stretching reality too much. Certain pairings (e.g. Fiona/Carl, Liam/Lip) also bear massive physical resemblances to each other.
The Maguire siblings - Mandy, Jamie, Micky and Shane - all four of them could pass for real-life siblings. The boys in particular all share the same square jaw and facial proportions, permanent five o'clock shadow and dark, straight hair. None of them look anything like their parents though, but once again it's not completely inconceivable either.
