Why exactly are we using Close on this page? He's a dragon! He's way more likely to be Claws.

Mostly due to lack of proper romanization. To add to that, "Close" seems similar to "Build" thematically, while that it also can sound like "Claws" in Japanese may be a deliberate choice on the creator's part. For now, I propose to keep "Close", for consistency sake. Not like he will appear any time soon (in suit, anyway...), so for now there's no clear resolution to this problem.
Late to the party, but just by way of explanation: "Close" was used only because it was one of the first translations of the name to gain traction in the fanbase. I've since changed it to "Claws" because that's the one that nearly everyone has come to use since then... and now there's some evidence that Toei is going to use "Cross". We'll have to see.
