Are the Doctor Who references concrete enough to establish that the TV show exists in the universe of Good Omens and therefore cause a Celebrity Paradox? There is Newt's Fourth Doctor inspired tie and Brian quotes the Daleks' "Exterminate!", but it may just be an Easter Egg like the picture of Gallifrey that shows up with Crowley.

License Plates - Some of the front license plates on the cars are actually words in reverse. Crowley's Bentley has "NAITRUC". Adam's father's car has "SIDRAT" (extra points as Actor Allusion for David Tennant).

Neil Gaiman very often used "wait and see" as a stock response to spoilery questions about season 2 from the fandom. Would the line actually being in season 2 after all that be considered Hilarious in Hindsight? Ascended Meme? Some other trope I'm not thinking of? Or would it just be an inside joke considering he wrote the line before he started using it?
