"HANT" is on his bloody jacket◊. Same place we get the name "Birca" from (although the sofubi Go-on Blue toy gets in the way◊).
Also "JUM-BOWHALE◊" is in one of the magazines. His Japanese name even has a thing in it separating the JAN part from the BOERU part (ジャン・ボエール).
While I'm at it, it is written as "SĂ´suke" in the show, too◊. (really "Sōsuke" but you can't link that O)
Edited by Ryulong Hide / Show RepliesI can see their names clearly on the jackets. I don't understand why they wouldn't use "Hanto" for a fully Japanese name with Kanji, but sure, go ahead. These iterations are reasonable and understandable enough. If the character list has most of the name coinciding with official names, might as well.
It's probably for the symmetry on the jackets. Same reason it's "Renn" and not "Ren"
Are Hiroto and Miu really twins? It's never stated that they are, and the actors are seven years apart in age (and look it.) They're not like Power Rangers RPM
Edited by JillBug Hide / Show RepliesIt's been a while since I watched it, so I don't remember clearly, but I did wonder about the same thing at one point. I think I didn't end up changing it because somebody said in-series that they were twins. Try checking the episode where their flashback tells how they met the Wing Engines. However, I really doubt the actors' ages matter.
Do you think Renn could be a Sensitive Guy and Manly Man rolled into one? I mean, one way you can tell is that Renn is kind, doting and a cook, but as Go-On Blue, his strength is enhanced. It can be like how Sailors Jupiter and Mercury are a Tomboy and Girly Girl rolled into one.
