Ummm according to the Japanese Wikipedia (also yes I speak Japanese...to a point) Chiwa Saito voices Harley Quinn in DC Superhero Girls while Cheetah is voiced by...someone with not a lot of notable voice credits outside from a couple other Western dubs. Hence why I put it in the discussion page and didn't just edited it
