Why isn't the indexing of this page working?

Because someone added it to the index before creating the page. I've fixed it - see How Indexing Works for all the ways and workings of the index system.

Should we add the fact that Harsh Winny's line about "putting on a rock concert" being some kind of meta foreshadowing to Rainbow Rocks that came out months after the episode?

Do preview appearances count for Glamour Failure? In the Equestria Games previews, a pony (Rarity, this time) is seen using Chrysalis' green-colored magic aura. This hints that Chrysalis returns.

As much as I would want that to happen (with ideas for a fanfic I will never write), do we know that's the Equestria Games preview and not Inspiration Manifestation? The one where Spike uses a spell to try and fix Rarity, with no doubt hilarious side effects? Or Twilight's Kingdom, the episode with the returning villain? Considering the background suggests that they're not in the Crystal Empire, that would if anything imply that the episode where Rarity goes all green horn is not the Equestria Games episode.
