unless you meant it was in the trope page, and not the episode page. *facepalm*
I'm putting it in the episode page too, unless anyone has an objection
When Discord is taunting the restored Elements of Harmony, does he say "friend me," or does he say "frienemies?" I hate that neologism as much as the next pony, but that is what I heard the first time, and repeated viewings only seem to further confirm.
It would also make sense from a writer's perspective, since it helps confirm the fact that Discord is not aware that the ponies are back to their old selves.
Hide / Show RepliesHe says "Friend me", which is, I think, sarcastically refering to how they beat Nightmare Moon.
Listen to it again, you can distinctly hear an 's' at the end there.
I'm asking people to listen again and give me a consensus, not tell me what the consensus is already. I know what the consensus is already.
Would Rarity naming her rock count as an I Call It "Vera" ? I realize that trope was initially supposed to be just about weapons with names, but it seems to have expanded beyond that. I'm trying to decide whether I should add this.
Hide / Show RepliesIs there a Trope for someone getting jammed into a position they are completely incapable in? 'Cause that's what happened with Spike.

I just know SOMETHING is subverted when Discord has that moment with Twilight where, for a second, he seems very disappointed that Twilight's just giving up, only to celebrate with a great Big "YES!".
What is that trope?!
