I'm not sure the What Measure Is a Mook? entry belongs here. What Measure Is a Mook? is when the hero thoughtlessly kills a lower level bad guy while treating the upper level ones with more care. A mook proving to be more dangerous than thought (which is what I think the entry was getting at) would be closer to From Nobody to Nightmare.
Hide / Show RepliesThe example writeup in question:
- What Measure Is a Mook?: Why did Dee get in this mess? He was working for Lex Luthor and running some illegal operation when the League busted it. (Which seems to be why his version of the events and theirs are completely different.) Whatever the case, this seems to be a situation where someone thought to be a Mook came back with a vengeance.
I am not sure how the second sentence connects to the first. I vote to keep the entry off until it stops self-contradicting.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIt would be YMMV.JusticeLeagueS2E5-6OnlyADream (if you want to make it display as "Only A Dream", put the whole thing including the YMMV bit in the pothole), but you can probably add items to the main YMMV.Justice League page.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Yeah, I don't think individual episodes get YMMV pages. I don't know if that's a rule, or if it's just so uncommon for a single episode to have enough items to fill up a page. I lean towards the former, however.

- Shout-Out: Batman calls Superman just after he goes to bed with the warning, "Whatever you do, don't go to sleep."
Since it doesn't say what it's shouting out to. If someone wants to add that, it can go back.

Hide / Show RepliesNot even close.
From Adult Fear: Adult Fears are about the things mature, well-adjusted adults generally are concerned about... the audience reaction is still to be scared, but this trope plays down the shock factor of more fantastical horror and plays up the relative realism of more mundane threats.
Power Incontinence is about as far from a "mundane threat" as you can get.

The underlying fear — of having to watch as someone you love gets hurt, and worse, of being the person responsible — seemed somewhat Adult Fear-ish to me.
No problem whatsoever. I probably came off more brusque than I intended. Sorry about that.
Yes, the underlying fear is fairly realistic, but most horror tropes are based off of a realistic underlying fear. Your girlfriend being cut in half by a chainsaw wielding zombie has an underlying fear of "losing a loved one" but the unrealistic twist to it makes it not this trope. It's pretty much impossible to work in Superman's situation in a real life situation so... yeah. Definitely a no go.
