Shouldn't there be separate pages for parts one and two? That seems to be how other two- or three-parters have been handled!

The tradition of the Master's assumed name alluding to his real identity may be alive and well.
O is also Horizon Watcher. Combined initials OHW, the mirror of WHO. Ideal for the Doctor's opposite.
Not sure if Stephen Fry's character here counts as an Actor Allusion or not. He played a very similar "Q" Expy in the film "Stormbreaker". Whilst that in itself wouldn't count, it also includes a similar scene of the protagonist tinkering with one of his gadgets only to be told off for doing so.
