This one seems a bit questionable:

  • Call-Forward: The first Doctor remarks "Here we go" when his regeneration begins, in a Call-Forward to all the times that witnesses to future regenerations will quip "Here we go again". This being his first time, he naturally omits the "again".

Exactly how many times has this ever happened? I can't think of any off the top of my head; the reaction of most witnesses to the Doctor regenerating has been "WTF is going on?!" At the very least, I think this needs to be a lot more specific if this is indeed a Call-Forward to something.

"Well, here we go again" is what the Brigadier says when the third Doctor regenerates into the fourth at the end of "Planet of Spiders" and the beginning of "Robot".

No other instances are coming to mind, and I don't think there are even many other companions who have been involved in multiple regeneration stories to qualify for the "again".

Madame Vastra also says it when Twelve first appears.
