That one, to quote Septimus, was "incinerated by the Admin Laser for being off-topic on the wiki and useful only for Complaining." Presumably this one hasn't attracted complaining or hasn't been picked up on.

There's a rumor that OS 10.8 will be locked down to an App Store just like the iPad and iPhone.

Funny, I heard that rumor about 10.7. It's not true for that version...doubt it will be true for the next one either. Even Steve Jobs knows that computers have their uses, and that we need some freedom. Otherwise, we'd be out of Unix by now.
Why is the Windows page cut but this one is not even locked?
