Icky Thump is not an example of Piss-Take Rap. There's nothing about the lyrics that suggests that- the song doesn't claim to be a rap or incorporate any "urban" slang or posturing seen in even the worst raps. The instrumentation also doesn't imply it's a rap- it doesn't have a hip-hop beat and lacks any cliched rap instrumentation such as Sampling, Beat Boxing, record scratches, etc.

The sorta-spoken bridge referred into the example is a sort of talk-singing that is similar to things commonly done by folk singers such Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, etc. Since The White Stripes are heavily influenced by this older rock/folk type stuff (there's a Bob Dylan cover on their first album), it is far more likely that this is where that passage is coming from.
