Is Men at Work a Power Pop band? I know they combine reggae rock and new wave like The Police, but their style is less punk than the Police, but it still sounds similar. They sound like Jangle Pop too, but I am still not sure if that's just a result of them being a reggae-rock band. Who Can It Be Now? and Down Under at least sound like Power Pop, since the latter does have The Four Chords of Pop.
