First, it understates the popularity / critical acclaim of the album before the Colbert Bump (for example, it was #4 on Pitchfork's 2003 list of the best '90s albums, and the 6th-best-selling vinyl album of 2008); second, it appears to blame Jeff Mangum's behavior in 1999 on the Colbert Bump, which was 15 years later.
