I'm not sure what trope this particular example comes from. It's the line 'Don't think you knew you were in this song' from Five Years off Ziggy Stardust. It's certainly Meta but it's aimed at the person he was writing the song to, not the audience, so it's not Breaking the Fourth Wall.
