It was actually locked and cut because someone created the page with a single trope, no description or anything (see history: that 1 line was all). You can request for it to be unlocked and start a new page, probably.

So, when exactly did the policy become "cut and lock" rather than "add examples"? Seems kinda counterproductive to nip pages in the bud and salt the earth all the damn time.

I agree. It's pointless to lock when other people would have no problem adding a description.

Why the fuck is this paged locked? Does Fast Eddie have some grudge against Bruno Mars? Poor guy seems pretty harmless to me.
