The critical role characters in general, are a bit off, it's incredible unclear if a fiend such as Hotis (the tiger monster in this pages picture) ever had a choice too be anything but evil, he is a creature from hell after all, in addition well he's the only one they meet in the game, he is essentially a standard Rakshasa, even his worst behavior is perfectly in line for what is expected of his species. Part of being a complete monster is being exceptionally evil, but by the standards of his species, he's anything but and their are undoubtedly others just like him in the world.
Also and this is a small point but Raishan isn't a sorceress but rather a wizard. I know these words are usually interchangeable but inuniverse sorcerers and wizards are very different, with the former garnering magic from natural talent well wizards achieve their power through study.
OK. So now that the story's finished can we open up Asshole Victim Ace Swift from Turnabout Storm for discussion? He used the life of Cruise Control's little sister as collateral for blackmail. Whenever he's discussed he's talked about in a solemn light, but as more information comes to light he's treated as a worse and worse pony. He's given no Freudian Excuse and when Sonata backs out of the deal he attempts to kill her, making him the only attempted murder in Turnabout Storm Equestria. The only real iffy thing is that he's dead from the start of the story and not actually shown through flashbacks much.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Would Soup Bot from GuavaMovement and Jade Star's Lets Plays of the X-Com/UFO games count? He acts like Otto Zander's friend throughout the Apocalypse LP, but then at the very end he betrays him and reveals that the entire time he was manipulating Zander as part of his plan to enslave humanity and take over the world. He also turns out to be responsible for the attack on the Evening Star (which killed many of his fellow Androids, suggesting he doesn't care as much about Android rights as he claims), as well as orchestrated the attack on the Senate (which caused a lot of problems for X-Com, as they were blamed for it).

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanRemoved The Entity from this page. Mainly because I didn't feel it hasn't done something extremely evil yet, and being an Eldritch Abomination, its evil doesn't seem to stand out enough for this
Can somebody change Lucks’ title trope on this page from Vile Villain Saccharine Show to Bad Boss? The show was already dark before he came in the picture and him being an awful boss is one of his defining character traits, not to mention that the Vile Villain Saccharine Show trope has been recently removed due to the fact that the show is already dark.
