Because real life hosts clubs are alot less "child-friendly" and not just about flirting, if I'm not mistaken alcoholic drinks are served and the hosts often have waiters/waitresses in skimpy outfits.

Not sure I get exactly what about Ouran's version of host clubs is "highly sanitized." Anyone care to clue me in?
