I suppose this trope applies to being stuck inside the living anatomy of an organism, whether it be their heart, stomach, lungs, or brains.
Who needs alcohol when you've got tvtropes and Yoohoo?Do you mean physically made out of brains? It should. Unless it's the other thing, in which case, it's might be more of a Mind Scape.
In the Disney film, some of the main characters are eaten by a whale.

Does Meat Circus in Psychonauts REALLY count? The level itself seems to consist of typical circus/carnival structures with meat (that is, in the vein of steaks, hams, and bacon strips) strewn about. It seems more like a twisted Level Ate more than anything.

Are we sure this trope is strictly video game-only? The Living Ships of the Tyranids qualify for this trope, but WH 40 K is a tabletop game; I can also easily imagine the concept being implemented in other forms of media, though I can't name any examples off the top of my head.
Edited by MarqFJA Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Corrected the 'Dead Space' pothole to lead to High Octane Nightmare Fuel, as Dead Space was probably meant to be scary in the first place
Would this trope apply to loci made of brains? Specifically brains that apparently are "semi-sentient" and occasionally explode from Sensory Overload?
