Is it me, or I see a probability of misuse as rant towards a bad-written example, thus making it natter bait.

I did a related search. That type of misuse doesn't seem to be common.

There should be a Troper Tales for this trope in case Tropers and Tropettes want to state their opinions.

for the sake of humour, suggest renaming the page to "the friedberg and seltzer threshold" after F+S and that voyager episode that the writers want to forget about.
