I don't think it's a matter of which attack spells a White Mage can have so much as whether or not the mage is focused on healing and the ability to inflict status effects. If it's an attacker who has some healing spells, it's likely not a White Mage.

It has nothing to do with the trope other than dropping the trope name. It contributes nothing to the page. It does not aid in understanding the trope, and indeed may give people the wrong impression of it.
Please do not re-add it unless you can explain why it belongs.

What about the quotes directly preceding it: Vegeta: What's to stop me from killing you right here? Dende: Because touch me and you're not getting back up. That's right. I'm your White Mage. I think this is rather descriptive of the White Mage's properties and role.
