Would it count if a person wears clothing that bears the colors of their country's flag, but isn't necessarily patterned after said country's flag itself? (Example: A Jamaican wearing a black, green and gold outfit that bears no patterns similar to the Jamaican national flag.)
The name utilized for the Japanese flag should probably be changed. The Rising Sun was the name of the flag specifically used during World War II. The current flag is called either the Nisshoki (Sun Mark Flag) or Hinomaru (Circle of the Sun). Or we could just call it the Flag of Japan.
