I dunno about this page image... The character fits the trope, sure, but without the caption the picture is meaningless. On top of that, the missing speech in the bubble is very, very conspicuous.
I reject your requirement for a witty statement or fanboyish squealing in my signature.
Why isn't Richmond Valentine from Kingsman: The Secret Service on the Films tab? He was trying to cull mankind by giving out free SIM cards with free Internet and the capacity to emit a sound and light pattern that drives people to kill everyone around them without mercy—-in order to save the planet because there were/are too many people for the earth to support. There's someone very much like him in the Comic Books tab already.
