speaking of, does anyone know the name of the season finale where a little girl kills the 3 guys involved in her mom's death and the police shoot her before she takes them out for good? (Although they will likely never appear again, it's obvious from the shots she couldn't possibly have hit them fatally except through tv magic. The gun was way too big!)
I would argue that in SVU, it is not an exaggeration for it to be surprising for someone not to be gunned down by the end of the episode. At least for someone sufficiently slimy.
