Removed Jaime and Cersei Lannister. While they are brother-and-sister twins, they are introduced as adults and their parents are certainly not the main characters—their father is a supporting character (albeit an important one), and their mother is long dead.

Wikipedia says "Male–female twins are [...] 50 percent of dizygotic twins", so should this trope say "most actual fraternal twins are born in same-sex pairs"?
