Readded Aizen quote. I don't see how it's not a good example, seeing as how 90% of Bleach's exposition comes from Aizen, and the example in question is a perfect indication of how that can backfire.
Does anyone have more information on how Special Forces personnel were affected by the Mythbusters claim? I've tried Google but can't find anything.
