There's a degree of Truth In Television here, if, for instance, you're setting timed demolition charges or bombs, whether in construction or military sabotage, you're always supposed to calmly walk away because if you run you risk tripping or falling (especially if in rubble, rough terrain, or an unstable building) and either injuring yourself or otherwise getting trapped before reaching a safe distance & having the timer go off.
Is this worth adding to the description?
