It would be nice if i could see the edit page so that way i could see the little formatting that isn't strait forward. like how the spacing is done.
Hide / Show RepliesGo to the page. See the cluster of blue buttons that's at the top? The bottom left one says "source". Click that, and you'll see all the markup and spacing for the page.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. It said "view source" button is towards the top of the page but its towards the button and doesn't help. thanks for you hasty and useful reply, i guess the meant the "source" button. Someone with the clearance to do so should remove the word "view" from the quote
To clarify, what they're saying is there isn't an independent "view source" button, there's only a "More" button that allows you to click to select and view "Page Source"
So on two fronts that phrasing is inaccurate, and should be fixed.
This is why I don't edit. Forcing people to learn the user-unfriendly markup language (when it wouldn't be all that difficult to add a WYSIWYG option) keeps a lot of creative types like me out. I cringe at all the spelling and grammar mistakes but I can't fix them because the platform is simply too daunting.
Please don't reply with "I'm a creative type and I learned it!" because that's nice for you and I'm glad but we can't all be special.
I studied this crap and I can't even use it.WYSIWYG is not as easy to code as you think it is. There is such a function in the pipeline, but not anywhere soon.

If quoting from a book series, does each book count as an episode? If that doesn't make sense, here are the two ways I'd cite something Harry said from White Night:
- —Harry Dresden, White Night—Harry Dresden, The Dresden Files, White Night
I would say either way is fine, except put White Night in quotes when it isn't potholed.
Note: I have absolutely no authority on the matter.
Edited by ArguingWithIdiotsDoes anyone else think that this template should have a link to Trope Name In Jokes?
I notice that the second paragraph of the main article starts with "Make sure you're draft has proper grammar and formatting." Was this done on purpose, as a joke?
