2) Would anyone be so kind and cross-wick examples from Red Vs Blue? The work is sorted according to seasons, so really somebody who is both a troper and a fan must do it.

4)'Allo 'Allo! used it probably as well with the French talking to the British pilots, but I'm familiar with the Czech dub only, so I don't want to add it as it might have been used differently in the original.
