Is it just me or did they count the 'Mom and the Man In Diapers' as ONE ghost?

The Great Child and Dire Mother. :P No, they count as two. They represent one sign in the Black Zodiac (which has 12 signs), but they're two of the 13 ghosts in the title (the 13th would have been Arthur).
