Ended up redirecting the Main.Witch Hunter page to the main trope page for the character type instead of the manhwa by the same name.

That is fine. I know there was a great example of the Witch Hunter on the original Dark Shadows series in the 1960's named Reverend Trask. Not an ordained minister, but a self-appointed one. He tied the heroine, Victoria Winters, to a tree in the deep woods. This was intended to prove her a consort of the devil. But she was rescued by an admirer, the vampire Barnabus Collins. Meanwhile the real witch, Angelique, had become aware of the Rev. Trask's test for the heroine and put a spell on the tree to burn it down, apparently proving to the witch-hunter's satisfaction that Vicky is a witch. Of course Barnaby's got back at our Rev. Trask by giving him the Fortunato Fate, i.e. what the Montressor did to Fortunato in Poe's venerated "The Cask of Amontillado." You can read this literary masterpiece, or have it read to you, on my scary chat stories app, Captivating, or (for those not Android-ready or inclined) online at https://captivatedchat.com .
