I think a new thing to add to this trope is when vtubers do face reveals, whether it's a "okay here I am" or a staged "oh no you weren't supposed to see that." It's only ever independent ones who do so since corporate vtubers are mandated to keep it up.

Is this trope strictly Super Hero-specific, or can it apply to any case of Secret Identity?
