Western Animation Folder add? Possible addition?

In Kim Possible the trope is subverted slightly, since a one time villain was named "The Mathster" (He uses math as a villain superpower) a running gag throughout the episode was that everyone kept calling "The Master" which constantly irked him.

Well, mainly the show was making fun of so many villains with that title.

Nice page pic, but who is the Master on the right? I recognize the Doctor Who villain and the guy from Buffy, but not the third...
