I'm pretty sure that Timeheart from Young Wizards is closer to Mundane Afterlife than The Lifestream. From what I remember, Timeheart has cities and oceans and such, but with no death or suffering, plus the property of being much more real and intense than our universe (that is, all other universes are but pale reflections of Timeheart).
I feel like the article doesn't explain how this differs from other forms of afterlife. Do souls retain their consciousness in the Lifestream? Or do they lose their individuality and become nothing but energy?
