...No? The Generalissimo is about despotic rulers of small third world countries. The Glorious Leader is about "a political outsider who uses romantic and idealist rhetoric to hide some malevolent agenda." Other than that they're both about villainous heads of state, they don't have much in common.
Isn't this Glorious Leader ?
