How about Nanny from the Muppet Babies or Chef from Star Trek Enterprise? You ever see their legs

Sooo apparently the Big Bad is not an example. Also, we don't want to have Conversation In The Main Page.
- The Big Bad from Final Fantasy VIII has a gaping hole where its face should be
- That's just the One-Winged Angel form, you must be confusing with the many Giant Space Flea from Nowhere of the series, though even then there would have to be some previous mention, I believe. She is however never seen before the final confrontation, so you're not all wrong.
- Er, sorta. The villainess you're speaking of is literally The Woman Behind The Woman via Demonic Possession. As for said One-Winged Angel, look closely. It's actually two bodies juxtaposed; the upright body indeed has no face, but her real body is dangling upside-down and looks the same as ever.

The title and picture for this is very confusing, because taken together they imply that it's about characters who are literally faceless. Going by the trope description, that's not the case.
