Nobody has added any yet, I think.

* The Nostalgia Critic normally understands and apologizes when he makes a video people don't like. This was not the case with his Transformers cartoon review (done at a convention pretending to be Optimus Prime), as he stated on Facebook he was really proud of this one, only for the video to get a massive backlash. This was showcased in his review of Alien Resurrection in the scene where two of the aliens kill another to use its blood to escape.
Alien A: Alright buddy, there's two kinds of aliens on this ship: those that like the Nostalgia Critic's Transformer cartoon review, and those that DON'T like the Nostalgia Critic's Transformer cartoon review! Which are you, boy?
Alien B: I just would have liked to seen a more in-character-
gets stabbed
Alien B: The Brad Jones cameo was pointless!
gets stabbed some more
Alien B: The Optimus Prime bit got old!
gets stabbed one last time
Alien B: It just... wasn't... funny...

So I'm not sure on this one. The people who didn't like it were still given a platform of sorts, and it seems like yet another case of light mockery where he's mostly being self-deprecating. (And on that note he shouldn't really have to apologize for a "bad video" anyway).

Van Vogt taking a criticism seriously, and even editing his book to address the faults described, is hardly a "Take That"!
