I don't remember what radio program it came from but I once heard an audio play about a man who orders a hit on himself after finding out he has a terminal illness and orders the assassin to make it look like a hunting accident because he doesn't want his family to know he committed suicide. But then he finds out that he actually isn't going to die after all and tries to cancel the hit but the hitman refuses and says that he still is going to kill him anyway. So then the man decides to kill the hitman instead when he comes to kill him at the place where he arranged his death to take place, and it seems like he succeeds in killing the hitman, only for the Cruel Twist Ending to reveal that he had actually killed his own brother-in-law.
