Why is it that all the tropes related to student council seem to be from some weird porn manga? Is there some obscure fetish for student-council presidents or something?

Following what's been done on 1000 Origami Cranes (the image is from Kodomo no Jikan), I've removed the pothole and added the source in a commented-out note.
