Would the Bort license plates of The Simpsons be an example?

Say, what about in situations where two people have stories with similar characters, who even have the same name? For instance, I've written a number of stories about a wolf-woman named Zena, a vigilante-turned law enforcement officer from a planet filled with animal-themed-people, and I have a number of stories about her on a few writing sites. (Yes, she was partially by the Xena tv series in that she has a similar name and was on a quest for redemption, although other things are coincidence.) Funny thing, type in Zena wolf on the search bar on Deviant Art (and yes I have an account there), and there's a number of stories about a wolf named Zena, and they certainly aren't my Zena. Lol.

For an image, I'd suggest a screenshot from one of the Achievement Hunter Quiplash Let's Plays, though I don't know whether they'd need to be safe for work...

When confronted with the declaration that there's no way Masayuki is ever going to marry his little sister Rizu, Rizu and her mother Riko both react with the exact same sequence of nonsense syllables. For Masayuki's sake, let us pray that Rizu does not grow up to be like Riko in her endings.

Which visual novel is this from?

Is it just me, or would at least half the examples listed here actually be better classified as an Ironic Echo?

There's some potential for overlap... really, to be this trope the quote should be a weird, Cloud Cuckoolander non-sequitur in the first place. Ironic Echo should be a serious line the first time, made ironic by the context of the echo.

Any particular examples in mind?
