Would Mobile Factory be a good addition to the other ships category?
Could this trope be flexible enough to include air navies? I'm thinking of the Sky Is An Ocean trope, and in particular the airships in the Mortal Engines series of books, which include lots of air-warships that would fit pretty well into this trope — except fighting a bit lower. :P
It's no more realistic to apply wet navy conventions to airships than it is to apply them to space-craft, after all, and it plays a very similar role in the story...
