This trope is specifically about the obsessed person creating a shrine to the victim of their attention? Does Tomoyo do that, have a library dedicated to Sakura?

However, that is more of a theme obsession than an obsession with a specific person. If Sakaki was obsessed with a particular cat that might be an example, but she's obsessed with felines and cuteness in general.

Assuming she keeps them in the same room, like a collection? If so that would probably be a good example to add.
