As part of my usual enthusiasm as a Team Fortress 2 Entry Pimp, I want to add the Sniper as a partial example: his rifle doesn't sway if you hold still, but it behooves a Sniper to do so to stay unpredictable to his targets (adding Paranoia Fuel as well) and make it more difficult for the other side to find him.
...but it is kind of a stretch. What say ye, fellow Tropers?

In Real Life Sniper Scope Sway isn't just from breathing. Marine Scout Snipers are trained to take a deep breath, hold it, and fire between their heartbeats.
When I have a little time, I trope. If I have any left over, I work and sleep.
