Does this trope count still count if the "Nooooo..." is silent - i.e. you see the character mouthing it instead of having to hear it?

So I noticed most of the versions of this that are played straight are actually Big"No"s doesn't that make this a dead unicorn trope?
Anyone know some more scenes of character's saying "NOOOO" in slow motion? Or just scenes where their voices are deepened in slow motion? Sort of like the Mo Job one from Powerpuff Girls. The server I'm in is trying it's best to find and archive scenes like this.
