I remember something where some people entered a room that had multiple doors leading out of it, with the trick being that the room itself rotated, so that the goal was actually back through the entrance door while all of the others lead to death. Anyone know where this one comes from?

It came up in the YKTTW, but some examples (the Patriot Games and real life ones) look like they're just Needle in a Stack of Needles and nothing else since there doesn't appear to be any mixing. They were left out in the launch, but someone added them again, so they must think they fit. I don't know enough about either, so can someone else weigh in?
